We ship to UK only. We're on our way to spreading our goodies worldwide!
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders ship within a 2-3 working day timeframe (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
Can I return an order?
We want you to "Get Your Grip on Fitness" with confidence!
If your Strength in Motion Pilates Accessories don't go as planned, you have 21 days from delivery to request a refund.
Please note: For hygiene and cleanliness standards, our Pilates Princess grip socks are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the socks you received are incorrect or arrived damaged.
How are shipping costs calculated?
We keep shipping simple and fair. For our Pilates Princess Grip Socks, shipping is calculated at checkout to ensure you get the best possible rate. For all other fitness accessories and equipment, we have a standard UK rate of £6.99.
Best of all, we offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £75.
As a small business, we aren’t able to offer free shipping on every order, but we do our best to keep rates reasonable while making sure your items arrive safely, securely, and on time.
How do I take care of my Pilates Princess collection socks?
Maintain your Pilates Princess gripped socks feeling fab and cozy: wash inside out, by hand/machine in cold water with like colours, no bleach, tumble dry on low, and avoid the iron – they're already flawless!
