Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order from Kallpa Move. Our policy is detailed below.

 

1. Returns for Strength in Motion Pilates Accessories

You may return eligible accessories within 21 days of the delivery date for a full refund if the item does not meet your expectations.

Eligibility Requirements (Accessories Only)

To be eligible for a return, the accessory must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at enquiries@kallpamove.com with your order details to request a Return Authorisation (RA) and receive mailing instructions.
  2. Once you receive our instructions, you must post the return back to us within 14 days to be eligible for the refund. Returns sent without a valid RA may experience delays in processing.

 

2. Grip Socks Return Policy

Due to hygiene and health standards, all sales of our Pilates Princess gripped socks are final and non-returnable.

We will only accept returns or exchanges for socks if the items are incorrect (e.g., wrong colour shipped) or arrived damaged.

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Reporting a Damaged Item: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report damage or defects. To request a replacement or refund, please email us at enquiries@kallpamove.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the item and the original shipping packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

 

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have (following the instructions in Section 1), and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

6. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned accessory, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This process typically takes up to 14 business days after approval.
  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Reduced Value Fee: If the returned product is scratched, dirty, broken, or its value has been reduced due to improper handling, a reasonable fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Late Refunds: If more than 30 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us immediately at enquiries@kallpamove.com.
