At Kallpa Move, we pack and ship every order with care. As a small independent business, we handle each parcel personally to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Rates

At Kallpa Move, we prioritise the safe and timely arrival of your movement essentials.

    • All shipping fees for our Pilates Princess Grip socks & Strength in Motion Fitness accessories are calculated at checkout based on total parcel weight and UK destination.
    • For orders exceeding 40kg, please contact us at hello@kallpamove.com before purchasing so we can arrange an accurate freight quote for your delivery destination.

    Please note: delivery surcharges may apply to remote UK destinations including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands. We will contact you to confirm any additional costs before dispatch.

    Delivery Times

    Estimated delivery times are typically between 3-5 business days after dispatch. Please note this is an estimate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

    Shipping Locations

    We currently ship to UK addresses only.

    Pre-Orders or Delayed Items

    Any items with longer processing times (e.g., pre-orders) will be clearly noted on the product page.

    Missing or Delayed Parcels

    If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at enquiries@kallpamove.com and we will be happy to look into it for you.

    Incorrect Address

    Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
